The Chargers head to Boston to take on Tom Brady and the Patriots this morn. Philip Rivers has his most talented team on both sides of the field and should blow out the Pats in somewhat of a upset.
The Patriots, on the other hand, have arguably the worst roster of Tom Brady’s career. Rockstar TE Gronkowski has been a shell of himself and WRs have been nonexistent, aside of Julian Edelman.
It’s hard to bet against the Tom Brady/Bill Belichick combo but if the Bolts can stop the run and RB James White catching out of the backfield, the Chargers will be able to dominate the game.
The Chargers offense were rolling going into the playoffs and continued vs the Baltimore Ravens stingy defense. The Chargers will continue the success on offense vs Pats and having a healthy Melvin Gordon would be great for the Chargers to help get the dub in Foxborough.
